Overview:

Under the Employees State Insurance Act , 1948 all the eligible companies have to get registered under this Act to make sure they adhere to the mandatory legal requirements. Employees state Insurance is a kind of a social security scheme which has been brought into action by the Government of India to provide health, medical and disability benefits to the employees and this scheme is mandatory for any entity employing 10 or more lowincome earning employees.

Documents Required:

  • PAN Card of the business
  • Address proof of the business(electricity bill, etc)
  • Registration certificate or license obtained under the factories Act
  • MOA/AOA in case of private limited companies / partnership deed in case of LLP’s / trust deed in case of trusts
  • Bank statement of the entity
  • List of the employees and their monthly compendaions
  • List of all the directors of the entity in case of company
  • List of all the shareholders of the entity in case of company
  • List of all the partners of the entity in case of partnership
